The results of our work

We do quarterly analysis of how we impact the lives of our patients.† In this effort, we compiled a list of daily living skills we believe the most essential ones for independence and safety.† We then developed a scale to assess our impact.† We do an assessment at our initial evaluation then as part of our discharge summary. The final step was to do an analysis of the scores pre and post our work.† Following is our analysis of our work over the last three months.†

While we want to be very careful not to suggest that the results are statistically valid, they certainly suggest broad, very positive, trends.
